基础工程多能打桩机作业中,常见的事故有桩机倾覆、锤头伤人、触电、桩管及预制桩倾覆、意外伤人等。现将事故产生原因和预防措施介绍如下。1.桩机倾覆产生原因:(1)轨道铺设不平直,场地不平整,地面路基下陷,造成轨道横纵水平严重超差。(2)桩机作业时,因震动而造成滑坡倾斜脱轨。(3)吊装预制桩时,桩与桩柱的垂直方向吊点距离,超过了规定的5米,偏吊距离超过了3米。(4)吊装重物达满负荷时,桩机行走、旋转、升降卷扬同时进行,特
