ERM蛋白(ezrin/radixin/moesin,埃兹蛋白/根蛋白/膜突蛋白)集中于富含肌动蛋白的细胞表面结构,如微绒毛、板状伪足等处。在未被激活状态下,其氨基端FERM区与羧基端交互作用,自行封闭其与胞膜、肌动蛋白的结合位点。细胞外信号刺激因子可通过改变ERM的分子构象而激活ERM蛋白,后者不仅在细胞的表面结构形成、细胞连接、细胞形状维持、细胞运动性、膜运输等方面发挥重要作用,而且可通过调控细胞信号转导通路,参与调节细胞的多种生物学功能。ERM蛋白参与妇科肿瘤发展、浸润和转移的过程。
