文章叙述了铜山铜矿对φ3.2×3.1格子型球磨机出矿端大小格子板及中心衬板的改进。据多年的考察,由于格子板的固定方法不好,致使其磨损率仅有25%便不能继续使用。1973年仅将格子板的固定方法作了改进,就使磨损率提高到36%才予以更换;1983年又根据各个部位磨损速度的差异,对格子板进行改形,改形后的格子板可以用到磨损达60%时才予以更换。通过这一改进,使格子板的使用寿命约延长两倍。
