本文在探讨探索性技术学习和挖掘性技术学习与创新绩效之间关系的基础上,进一步分析了影响探索性技术学习和挖掘性技术学习的因素,并通过对我国企业大样本的问卷调查统计,借助结构方程建模(SEM),深入地研究了组织因素影响技术学习以及技术学习促进创新绩效的内在作用机制和路径关系,为我国企业提高创新能力和创新绩效提供了有益的理论指导。
This paper explores the relationship between exploratory technology learning and excavating technology learning and innovation performance, and further analyzes the factors that affect exploratory technology learning and excavating technology learning, and through questionnaire surveys on large samples of Chinese companies. With the aid of structural equation modeling (SEM), the intrinsic mechanism and path of organizational factors affecting technology learning and technological learning to promote innovation performance are studied in depth, which provides useful theoretical guidance for Chinese enterprises to improve their innovation ability and innovation performance.
