对名贵中药材冬虫夏草及其伪品建立稳定可靠的双向电泳鉴定方法。正品冬虫夏草中共同表达的蛋白质斑点为88个,伪品稳定差异表达的蛋白质斑点为21个,提示可作为下一步冬虫夏草鉴定的指标性组分。进一步质谱分析与NCBI数据库比对表明:6种蛋白仅来自于菌数据库,9种蛋白仅来自于昆虫数据库,12种蛋白仅来自于全库,3种蛋白昆虫和菌的数据库均能检索,1种蛋白仅来自于菌数据库和全库,提示下一步可进行冬虫夏草指标性蛋白质功能研究,为冬虫夏草有效成分研究奠定基础。
The precious Chinese herbal medicines Cordyceps and its counterfeit goods to establish a stable and reliable two-dimensional electrophoresis identification method. There were 88 protein spots expressed in authentic Cordyceps sinensis, and 21 protein spots differentially expressed in the stable of counterfeit products, suggesting that they could be used as the index components for the identification of Cordyceps sinensis in the next step. Further mass spectrometry analysis and NCBI database comparison showed that: 6 kinds of proteins only from the bacterial database, 9 kinds of proteins only from the insect database, 12 kinds of proteins only from the whole library, 3 kinds of protein insects and bacteria database can retrieve 1 Proteins only come from the bacterial database and the whole library, suggesting that the next step can be Cordyceps sinensis index protein function research, lay the foundation for the active ingredients of Cordyceps sinensis.
