目的全面探究开展志愿者服务对老年患者人文护理素质的影响。方法选择到本院门诊服务的志愿者50例与200例患者作为研究对象,采用调查问卷的方式对志愿者本人、受调查对象进行人文素养考察工作。结果志愿者中,有服务经历者31名(62.00%),有43名志愿者认为在相关活动中获取到幸福感,40名愿意继续参加相关活动,48名志愿者认为开展此类活动可全面提升医院服务质量,45名认为使用该方式可提升医院整体质量,38名认为相关工作可培养公众奉献精神,全部志愿者表示珍惜到院培养人文素养机会。患者中,感觉和志愿者聊天很少者计42人,极少或从未被志愿者要求自己做不情愿事情者22人,觉得志愿者耐心强者102人,无感觉不耐心者。患者对志愿者服务的满意率为97.00%;和护理前相比,护理后志愿者人文素质得到极大提升(P<0.05)。结论在门诊内开展志愿者服务,可全面提升患者服务满意度和护理实习生的人文素养。
Objective To comprehensively explore the impact of volunteer service on the quality of humanistic care in elderly patients. Methods Fifty volunteers and 200 patients selected to outpatient service in our hospital were selected as the research object. The volunteers themselves and the investigated subjects were investigated by using questionnaires. Out of the volunteers, 31 (62.00%) had service experience, 43 volunteers felt that they were getting happiness in related activities, 40 were willing to continue to participate in related activities, and 48 volunteers thought that such activities could be fully carried out The quality of hospital services was enhanced. Forty-five people thought that using this method could improve the overall quality of the hospital. Thirty-eight believed that the relevant work could cultivate public dedication. All the volunteers said they cherished the opportunity to cultivate humanities. Among the patients, there are 42 people who feel very few chatting with volunteers, and 22 people who rarely or never volunteer to do their own reluctance, 102 volunteers who are patient and have no feeling of impatience. The satisfaction rate of patients to volunteer service was 97.00%. Compared with that before nursing, the humanistic quality of volunteers was greatly improved (P <0.05). Conclusions Volunteer service in outpatient service can improve patient service satisfaction and humanistic quality of nursing interns.
