目的:针对蛇足石杉Huperzia serrata(Thunb.ex Murray)Trev.
Objective: To deal with the situation of Huperzia serrata (Thunb.ex Murray) Trev. With the drastic reduction of wild resources and the destructive excavation of wild populations, the semi-artificial Assisted breeding, with a view to establishing a stable and effective system of artificial reproduction. Methods: Taking Yanutaozhai forest in Guowang forest of Guzhang county in western Hunan as experimental site, orthogonal experiment of 4 factors and 3 levels was designed by using over 2 years old top technique. The effects of cutting length, NAA concentration and cuttings in NAA solution The effects of soaking time on the rooting of cuttings were studied. The field observations of spruce shoots, sporadic and growing sprouts in two years were followed up and the germination of sprouts in different soil layers was studied. Results: In in situ habitat, the 6 cm long cuttings were best treated with 20 mg / L NAA for 5 min, white adventitious roots appeared after 60 d, the survival rate reached 90% after 90 d, After the cuttings have obvious growth; snakes foot spruce mostly formed in July to September each year, the next year from March to April off from the parent strain, then meet the appropriate conditions for the germination and growth of seedlings, 6 months Into independent plants; germination experiments show that light and humidity are the main factors that affect sprout germination. Conclusion: In natural habitats, it is practicable to set up the cutting propagation system of Hedysarum scoparium in the natural habitats. The stable and effective seedling regeneration system can be established by sprouting artificial propagation. This study is of great significance to the alleviation of the lack of resources in the snakefruit.
