使用高速相机拍摄中间相沥青炭纤维单丝拉伸断裂过程,观察并记录了纤维断裂后的一系列动态变化,为研究炭纤维的性能提供有价值数据。实验研究结果表明:中间相沥青炭纤维拉伸断裂后发生回弹,回弹时间各不相同,从75μs到600μs不等;在回弹过程中,样品呈现类似波浪状的起伏状态,不同样品起伏程度不同。
A high-speed camera was used to photograph the tensile fracture process of mesophase pitch carbon fiber monofilament. A series of dynamic changes after fiber fracture were observed and recorded, which provided valuable data for studying the properties of carbon fiber. The experimental results show that the mesophase pitch carbon fibers rebound after tensile fracture, and the rebound times vary from 75μs to 600μs. During the rebound process, the samples show a wavy undulating condition with different sample fluctuations Different degrees.
