应用一组单克隆抗体(单抗),采用免疫荧光法分析了218例急性髓系细胞白血病(AML)患者细胞的免疫表型。结果提示CD_(33)、CD_(13)和CD_(15)为AML的主要标记;免疫分型在一定程度上有助于AML各亚型的鉴别。强调指出:在AML和急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)鉴别时,CD_(33)、CD_(13)和CD_(15)应联合应用。配以胞浆抗原的检测,将是AML和ALL鉴别时行之有效的髓系单抗选择方案。
A group of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) was used to analyze the immunophenotype of 218 patients with acute myeloid cell leukemia (AML) by immunofluorescence. The results suggest that CD_ (33), CD_ (13) and CD_ (15) are the main markers of AML; immunophenotyping contributes to the differentiation of AML subtypes to some extent. It is emphasized that CD_(33), CD_(13) and CD_(15) should be used together in the identification of AML and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Together with cytoplasmic antigen detection, it will be an effective myeloid mAb selection program for the identification of AML and ALL.
