去年四月 ,“明明白白去旅游”成为中消协确立的月主题。与此同时 ,在2000年第五号消费警示中 ,出行者被告知慎选旅行社。由此可知 ,旅行社不规范的经营行为已严重侵害了消费者的合法权益。本文通过执法中的调查揭示了旅游中所谓“挂靠”经营的种种问题。眼下“五一”将至 ,又将面临一个旅游高峰 ,希望我们工商部门“对症下药” ,让旅行社清清楚楚搞经营 ,消费者高高兴兴去旅游。
Last April, “plainly traveling” became the theme of the establishment of the Consumer Association. In the meantime, travelers were told to carefully choose travel agencies during the Consumer Alert No. 5 of 2000. It can be seen that the non-standard travel agencies have seriously infringed the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Through the investigation of law enforcement, this article reveals the problems of so-called “anchored” management in tourism. Now “51” approaching, will face a tourist peak, I hope our business sector, “the right remedy,” so that travel agencies clear engage in business, consumers happily travel.
