目的 探讨运用随机扩增DNA多态性技术对肠球菌流行病学分型的方法。方法 采用随机扩增DNA多态性技术对分离的肠球菌进行基因水平的同源性分析。结果 显示明显可见10~20条数的DNA指纹图谱,经RAPD、PHYLIP和Treeview分析软件分析,分为3个聚类群。结论 随机扩增DNA多态性技术对肠球菌感染流行监测是一个有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological typing of enterococci by using random amplified polymorphic DNA (DNA) polymorphism. Methods Random amplified polymorphic DNA was used to analyze the homology of isolated Enterococcus. The results showed that 10 ~ 20 DNA fingerprinting patterns were clearly identified by RAPD, PHYLIP and Treeview analysis software, and were divided into three clusters. Conclusion The random amplified polymorphic DNA (DNA) polymorphism technique is an effective method to monitor the epidemic of enterococci infection.
