对感染茎沟病毒的 2年生梨幼树和梨苗的干径、株高及枝梢生长速度进行了测定 ,同时还分析了接种茎沟病毒的梨苗内源激素 (吲哚乙酸、赤霉素和细胞分裂素 )的变化。结果表明 ,感染茎沟病毒 (SGV)后植株生长速度显著降低 ,其中 2年生梨树的干径生长速度降低 63 0 % ,茎高降低 5 8 0 % ,枝梢长降低 5 1 0 % ;梨幼苗干茎降低 11 7% ,苗高降低 13 5 %。试验还发现 ,梨幼苗感染茎沟病毒后长缓慢主要与生长期几种促进生长的内源激素大幅下降有关 ,其中IAA、GA3、CTK分别降低 15 0 %、19 0 %和5 9 0 %。
