本文通过船用结构钢烧结焊剂的研制,对提高焊缝金属的低温冲击韧性进行了讨论,提出了选择碱度适中的MgO-Al_2O_3-Ca_2F_2-TiO_2渣系及Mn-Ni-Ti-B合金系统是配合HO8A焊丝使一般强度结构钢的焊缝金属具有Cv-40>3.5kg-m的保证。阐明了对焊剂原料的选材及焊接规范应有适当的要求,过分增加焊接的线能量必然导致韧性的恶化。指出了焊缝金属的低温韧性取决于焊后连续冷却中所形成的铁素体形态及针状铁素体与先共析铁素体的比例。
In this paper, the research on improving the low temperature impact toughness of the weld metal is carried out by the research of sintering structural steel for shipbuilding. It is proposed that MgO-Al_2O_3-Ca_2F_2-TiO_2 slag system and Mn-Ni-Ti-B alloy system with moderate alkalinity With HO8A wire so that the general strength of the structural steel weld metal with Cv-40> 3.5kg-m of the guarantee. Clarified the selection of raw materials and welding flux specifications should have appropriate requirements, too much welding line energy will inevitably lead to the deterioration of toughness. It is pointed out that the low temperature toughness of weld metal depends on the form of ferrite and the ratio of acicular ferrite and pro-eutectoid ferrite formed by continuous cooling after welding.
