脉络膜脱离在临床上并不少见,应用超声显象后诊断率更有提高。现将我院1987年1月至1989年1月超声探测脉络膜脱离75例的体会报告如下。对象与方法脉络膜脱离75例,共76眼,其中58例是本院门诊病人,17例是住院病人。男性51例,女性24例。年龄7～80岁。病种分布以原发性视网膜脱离伴脉络膜脱离最多,为45例。手术后脉络膜脱离22例(23眼),其中视网膜脱离术后7例,青光眼术后6例(7眼),白内障术后6例,异物术后2例,角膜移植术后1例。眼外伤所致脉络膜脱离7例,玻璃体积血伴脉络膜脱离1例。
Choroidal detachment is not uncommon in clinical practice, the diagnostic rate of ultrasound imaging increased even more. Now in our hospital from January 1987 to January 1989 ultrasound detection of choroidal detachment 75 cases of the report are as follows. Subjects and methods Choroidal detachment in 75 cases, a total of 76 eyes, of which 58 cases were hospital outpatient, 17 cases were hospitalized patients. 51 males and 24 females. Age 7 to 80 years old. Distribution of disease with primary retinal detachment with choroidal detachment up to 45 cases. There were 22 cases (23 eyes) of choroidal detachment after surgery, including 7 cases after retinal detachment surgery, 6 cases (7 eyes) after glaucoma surgery, 6 cases after cataract surgery, 2 cases after surgery and 1 case after corneal transplantation. Ocular injury caused by choroidal detachment in 7 cases, vitreous hemorrhage with choroidal detachment in 1 case.
