视网膜色素上皮细胞(RPE)特异性吞噬感光细胞脱落的外节膜盘(OS)是一个由多受体介导的复杂的生理生化过程,此过程主要分为三个阶段:结合、内吞和消化。本文介绍了参与特异性吞噬的主要受体,包括甘露糖受体、毒蕈碱能受体、CD36、αVβ5整合素受体和MertK酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体。还介绍了病理状态下以及视网膜移植时,RPE吞噬功能的改变。
Retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) -specific phagocytosis Photoreceptor exfoliated extracellular membrane (OS) is a complex multi-receptor-mediated physiological and biochemical processes, the process is divided into three stages: binding, endocytosis and digestion. This article describes the major receptors involved in specific phagocytosis, including the mannose receptor, the muscarinic receptor, the CD36, the αVβ5 integrin receptor, and the MertK tyrosine kinase receptor. Also introduced the pathological conditions and retinal transplants, RPE phagocytosis changes.
