目的:研究环氧乙烷对小鼠神经细胞膜上嵌入蛋白质分布的影响。方法:小鼠每天吸入环氧乙烷2h,持续2或3个月,用冰冻蚀刻电镜观察小鼠腰髓前角神经细胞膜上嵌入蛋白质的分布。结果:随着染毒时间延长,腰髓前角神经细胞膜上的嵌入蛋白质由分布紊乱至成簇聚集。结论:环氧乙烷能改变神经细胞膜上嵌入蛋白质的分布。
Objective: To study the influence of ethylene oxide on the distribution of protein embedded in neural cell membrane in mice. Methods: Mice were instilled with ethylene oxide for 2h every day for 2 or 3 months. The distribution of protein embedded in neural cell membrane of mouse lumbar anterior horn was observed by freeze-etching electron microscope. Results: With the prolongation of exposure time, the imbedded proteins on the membrane of lumbar anterior horn neurons were disordered to clustered. Conclusion: Ethylene oxide can change the distribution of embedded proteins on the nerve cell membrane.
