测定了25种单宁及其有关化合物,对ADP(腺苷二磷酸)及抗坏血酸在老鼠肝线粒体中诱发的脂质过氧化与ADP及NADPH(还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸即还原型辅酶Ⅱ)在老鼠肝微粒体中诱发的脂质过氧化的抑制效果。在上述两个系统内除了一些低分子量的多酚类及甲基化多酚类之外,所有单宁在浓度为1цg/ml时均具有显著的抑制作用。某些鞣花单宁如Pedunculagin isoterchebin等等当剂量为5цg/ml时,对上述两个系统中的脂质过氧化几乎能完全抑制。单宁中视其构造,包括缩合单宁的单体的立体异构,和试验系统的不同,其抑制效果有明显差异。在两个系统中大部分水解单宁的抑制效果都比缩合单宁的抑制效果大。某些单体多酚以(一)—表没食子儿茶素为代表。在上述系统中其抑制效果特别是对ADP与NADPH诱发的脂质过氧化的抑制效果强于缩合单宁。在两个系统中上述单宁的抑制效果均大大强过于维生素E。

The inhibitory effect of the above tannin in both systems is much greater than that of vitamin E.
