1984年4月～1996年4月，我院收住复发性气胸17例，顽固性气胸4例，采用药物或自家血胸腔内注入（以下简称注药），使胸膜粘连、瘘日闭合，治愈19例，随访1～12年无复发，治愈率90．5％。现报告如下。1临床资料21例中男20例，女1例；年龄15～70岁，平均40岁。病因：原发性气胸10
From April 1984 to April 1996, 17 cases of recurrent pneumothorax and 4 intractable pneumothorax were admitted in our hospital. Drugs or intracavitary injection (hereinafter referred to as injection) was used to make the pleural adhesions and the fistula closed and healed Nineteen cases were followed up for 1 to 12 years without recurrence, the cure rate was 90.5%.
