采用一步法工艺合成DMDHEU树脂,通过丙三醇对DMDHEU树脂进行醚化改性,研究在较低酸性条件下,醚化温度、丙三醇用量对改性DMDHEU树脂性能的影响。结果表明,优化改性工艺为pH 4.0~5.0,反应温度50℃,反应时间为4h,醚化剂用量为40%,所得改性DMDHEU树脂的固含量为60.02%,游离甲醛量为0.59%。亚麻织物经改性DMDHEU树脂整理后的折皱回复角为114.96°,释放甲醛量为13.5mg/kg,满足低甲醛树脂整理剂的要求。
The DMDHEU resin was synthesized by one-step process and the DMDHEU resin was etherified with glycerol to study the influence of the etherification temperature and the amount of glycerol on the performance of the modified DMDHEU resin under the condition of low acidity. The results showed that the optimal modification process was pH 4.0-5.0, reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 4h, etherifying agent 40%. The content of the modified DMDHEU resin was 60.02% and the amount of free formaldehyde was 0.59%. Linen fabric modified DMDHEU resin finishing wrinkle recovery angle of 114.96 °, the amount of formaldehyde released 13.5mg / kg, to meet the requirements of low formaldehyde resin finishing agent.
