人造血液FDA乳剂静脉注入大白鼠后,经不同时间再注入炭末混悬液,以观察FDA乳剂对机体网状内皮系统吞噬功能的影响。实验结果表明,在注入FDA乳剂后96小时内,对网状内皮系统继续吞噬炭末颗粒有一时性的抑制作用,但在此期间内,炭末注入后60—90分钟,吞噬活性即恢复正常。因此,一次较大剂量FDA乳剂应用于失血性休克合并全身感染等伤员,对机体网状内皮系统继续吞噬病菌、清除异物等功能,不致会产生多大影响。
