以知识团队为研究对象,考察了时间个性差异对任务冲突及团队创新的影响机制。研究结果表明:时间认知特征差异能够促进任务冲突及团队创新,而时间情感特征差异则对任务冲突及团队创新具有消极作用;任务冲突能够促进团队创新程度,但对创新速度存在负面影响;任务冲突在时间认知特征差异与团队创新间发挥中介作用。
Taking the knowledge team as the research object, the paper investigates the mechanism of the impact of the time personality difference on the task conflict and the team innovation. The results show that: the differences of temporal cognition characteristics can promote task conflict and team innovation, while the difference of temporal emotion features has a negative effect on task conflict and team innovation; task conflict can promote team innovation but has a negative impact on innovation speed; Conflict plays an intermediary role in the difference of time cognition characteristics and team innovation.
