地区经济差距问题由来已久,改革开放以来,伴随着国民经济的高速增长,地区经济发展的不平衡亦开始加剧,地区收入差异特别是东中西三大地带之间的差异在不断扩大,我国地区经济发展不平衡的问题越来越引起人们的广泛注意。人们从不同的角度,不同的方面对地区经济差距问题进行了深刻的认识,提出了各种各样的观点,现就其中四个问题的有关观点综述如下。 Since the reform and opening up, along with the rapid growth of the national economy and imbalances in regional economic development, the issue of regional economic disparity has also started to intensify. The disparity in regional incomes, especially between the three major eastern, central and western regions, has been constantly expanding. The imbalanced economic development is attracting more and more people’s attention. People from different angles and different aspects of the issue of regional economic disparity carried a deep understanding, put forward a variety of viewpoints, now on the four issues of the relevant points are summarized below.
