消毒是保证饮用水安全的关键措施,当今常用的氯化消毒方法存在消毒副产物等局限性,为了确保水质安全满足人民健康需求,有必要寻找一种性能优越、环境友好的绿色消毒剂。茶多酚作为一类储量丰富、可再生的绿色资源,生理功能多样且具有广泛的抑菌活性。基于茶多酚的广谱抑菌性,将茶多酚用于饮用水消毒,分析了茶多酚对应急饮用水源、常规饮用水的消毒效果,探讨了茶多酚的辅助消毒持续性效果,并对茶多酚的毒理安全性进行阐述,初步分析和展望了茶多酚用于饮用水消毒的前景。
Disinfection is the key measure to ensure the safety of drinking water. There are some limitations of disinfection byproducts in the commonly used methods of chlorination disinfection. To ensure the safety of water quality to meet people’s health needs, it is necessary to find a green disinfectant with superior performance and environment-friendly. As a kind of abundant and renewable green resource, tea polyphenols have diverse physiological functions and broad antibacterial activities. Based on the broad-spectrum antibacterial activity of tea polyphenols, tea polyphenols were used for disinfection of drinking water. The disinfection effect of tea polyphenols on emergency drinking water sources and routine drinking water was analyzed, and the persistence effect of auxiliary disinfection of tea polyphenols , And toxicological safety of tea polyphenols elaborated, the preliminary analysis and prospects of tea polyphenols for potable water disinfection prospects.
