顶岗实习是指学生在毕业前至少用半年时间,到企业真实的工作岗位上,承担与一般职业人一样的工作任务,积累一定的工作经验,获得一定的工作“报酬”。顶岗实习对培养学生良好的职业道德和创新精神,特别是提高职业素养,达到人才培养目标整体要求具有不可替代的重要功能。本文从如何健全机制,完善制度,设计顶岗实习项目,加强顶岗实习的过程管理,建立完善的顶岗实习考核评价制度等方面进行了实践探索与研究。
Internship refers to the students at least six months before graduation, to the real job of the enterprise, to undertake the same tasks as the average professional, to accumulate a certain amount of work experience, and get some work “remuneration ”.
