利用溶液培养技术研究了几种矿质元素缺乏对玉米三叶期内幼苗生长的影响,试验证明三叶期内玉米幼苗的正常生长并非单纯依赖于种子胚乳的营养和光合作用,而且需要从外界环境中吸收某些矿质元素,尤其是钾、氮、硫、铁4种元素。三叶期内幼苗缺氮应与以后时期的缺氮症状相区别,三叶期缺氮幼苗叶鞘呈紫红色并沿叶脉向叶片扩展,以后时期缺氮最明显的症状则是由叶尖开始变黄再沿叶脉呈楔形向基部扩展。
The effects of mineral elements deficiency on seedling growth in three-leaf stage of maize were studied by solution culture technique. The results showed that the normal growth of maize seedlings in the three-leaf stage did not depend solely on the nutrition and photosynthesis of seed endosperm, In the absorption of some mineral elements, especially potassium, nitrogen, sulfur, iron four kinds of elements. The nitrogen deficiency of seedlings in the three-leaf stage should be distinguished from the nitrogen deficiency in the later period. The leaf sheath of the nitrogen-deficient seedlings in the three-leaf stage is purple-red and extends along the leaf veins to the leaves. The most obvious symptom of nitrogen deficiency in the later period is from the leaf tip Yellow then along the vein was wedge-shaped base to expand.
