本文对多焦视网膜电图( MERG) 的产生及仪器、方法、记录条件和临床应用等方面进行了综述。该检查方法对于后极部视网膜功能的测定较其它电生理方法更客观有效,尤其适用于黄斑病变等局部小病灶的诊断。
In this paper, multi-focal electroretinogram (M ERG) and the generation of instruments, methods, recording conditions and clinical applications were reviewed. This method is more objective and effective than other electrophysiological methods for the determination of posterior pole retinal function, especially for the diagnosis of small lesions such as macular degeneration.
