测定地质样品中的痕量金,常用4-甲基戊2-酮(MIBK)萃取富集后火焰原于吸收法测定,但只能分析ppm级含量;用无焰原子吸收法测定,可达ppb级;用光谱法测定,采用碳粉吸收萃取液中的金,在蒸发有机溶剂时,溶液会往玻壁上爬,引起损失。本文提出用化学光谱法测定ppb~oppm级的金。用MIBK萃取痕量金,用硫脲反萃入水相,浓至小体积,然后用溶液干渣法测定。方法的测定下限可达0.2~0.5ppb,单次摄谱的桕对标准偏差约±20%。实验部分 1 仪器与试剂光谱测定条件见表1
Determination of trace amounts of gold in geological samples, commonly used 4-methylpentan-2-one (MIBK) extraction and enrichment after the flame was measured by the absorption method, but only the ppm level content; determined by flameless atomic absorption, up to ppb level; measured by spectrometry, the use of toner to absorb the gold in the extract, the organic solvent evaporation, the solution will climb to the glass wall, causing loss. This paper presents the determination of ppb ~ oppm grade gold by chemical spectroscopy. Trace gold was extracted with MIBK, back-extracted with aqueous thiourea, concentrated to a small volume, and then measured using a dry-residue method. The lower limit of determination is 0.2 ~ 0.5ppb, and the standard deviation of 摄 for single spectrum is about ± 20%. Experimental part 1 Instruments and reagents Spectrometry conditions in Table 1
