本文从上海市推进医务社会工作的主要做法入手,梳理其发展的特点与成效,在结合目前所遇瓶颈的基础上,有针对性地提出上海市医务社会工作发展的政策建议。2012年以来,上海市对医务社会工作进行了有益的探索,从顶层设计出发,突出重点、强化管理,形成了上海医务社会工作的专业化趋势、本土化特点和多样化发展路径,医务社会工作已逐步获得各方认可,取得了比较明显的成效,并且积累了经验,但目前仍面临着瓶颈和挑战。本文在梳理上海市推进医务社会工作做法的基础上,分析其发展的特点与成效,总结经验教训,从而提出促进医务社会工作发展的政策思考与建议。 This article starts with the main practices of promoting medical social work in Shanghai, combs the characteristics and achievements of its development, and puts forward policy suggestions on the development of medical social work in Shanghai based on the bottlenecks encountered so far. Since 2012, Shanghai has conducted a useful exploration of medical social work. Starting from the top-level design, focusing on key management and strengthening management, Shanghai has formed the specialization trend, localization characteristics, diversified development path, and medical social work of Shanghai medical social work Has been gradually recognized by all parties and has achieved obvious results and accumulated experience. However, it still faces bottlenecks and challenges. On the basis of combing Shanghai’s medical social work practices, this paper analyzes the features and achievements of its development, sums up the experience and lessons, and puts forward some policy considerations and suggestions on how to promote the development of medical social work.
