本文报道了三价砷(氯化砷、三氧化砷、砷化钠)和五价砷(五氧化砷、砷酸、砷酸氢二钠)在培养的哺乳类动物细胞中不同的染色体诱变活性,和在人类淋巴细胞培养中对DNA、RNA及蛋白质合成的影响。上述化合物均溶于蒸馏水中。实验主要观察了砷诱发的染色体畸变,并通过液体闪烁计数观察了砷对DNA、RNA和蛋白质合成的影响。结果发现,6种砷化物均能导致染色体畸变和损伤,三价砷的诱变能力约为五价砷的5倍,畸变类型基本上均为染色单体型。虽然五价砷处理的培养细胞中亦发现大量的畸变,但
This paper reports the different chromosomal aberrations in cultured mammalian cells of trivalent arsenic (arsenic chloride, arsenic trioxide, sodium arsenide) and pentavalent arsenic (arsenic pentoxide, arsenic acid, disodium arsenate) Activity, and effects on DNA, RNA and protein synthesis in human lymphocyte culture.
