In Florence, Italy, more than 10,000 Wenzhou people live. They have become the main force in the local leather industry cluster. The businessmen have reduced their labor costs by working hard and benevolent, while the social networks formed in the Buddha have provided them with important resources for their survival and development. However, the living environment of these enterprises and its future development trend is not optimistic. Therefore, their future way worthy of our thinking and exploration.
