用Ｆｏｒｓｓｍａｎ皮肤血管炎反应、Ｆｏｒｓｍａｎ休克及反向皮肤过敏反应等模型研究了灵芝对Ⅱ型变态反应的影响。结果表明，灵芝６００ｍｇ／ｋｇｉｐｑ１２ｈ×３次能明显抑制豚鼠Ｆｏｒｓｍａｎ皮肤血管炎反应，缓解Ｆｏｒｓｍａｎ休克的体症变化；灵芝６００ｍｇ／ｋｇ、３００ｍｇ／ｋｇｉｐｑ１２ｈ×３次及８００ｍｇ／ｋｇｐｏｑｄ×６天均可使大鼠反向皮肤过敏反应的皮肤肿胀率显著小于对照组。以上结果说明灵芝可抑制Ⅱ型变态反应。
The effects of Ganoderma lucidum on type II allergy were studied using Forssman cutaneous vasculitis reaction, Forsman shock and reverse skin allergic reaction models. The results showed that Ganoderma lucidum 600mg/kg ipq12h × 3 times can significantly inhibit the guinea pig Forsman cutaneous vasculitis response and relieve the physical changes of Forsman shock; Ganoderma lucidum 600mg/kg, 300mg/kgipq12h × 3 times and 800mg/kgpoqd × 6 days can make large The skin swelling rate of the rat reverse skin allergic reaction was significantly lower than that of the control group. The above results show that Ganoderma lucidum can inhibit type II allergy.
