本文作者报告一例17岁男性青光眼患者,在减压手术一个多月后呈短暂性可逆性视乳头凹陷,在此期间病人的眼压保持正常。根据作者所知,这种情况以往未曾报告过。本文报告的这一病例因双眼患青光眼,眼压未能控制被转来就诊。病者自1973年以来经常接受验光师的监护。1977年11月感头痛、视力模糊与虹视。气喷(Air Puff)型眼压计检查发现高眼压。1978年2月眼科检查:压平眼压计测定右眼为32mmHg,左眼为54mmHg。尽管使用缩瞳剂、肾上腺素与醋氮酰胺治疗后,左眼眼压仍波动于30～65mmHg,右眼眼压在18～20mmHg之间。
The authors report a 17-year-old male with glaucoma who underwent transient reversible prosthetic pits more than a month after decompression surgery, during which time the patient’s IOP remained normal. According to the author’s knowledge, this situation has not been reported before.
