我厂1974年建造的2座5000t重油贮罐,每年因保温问题造成的热损失折合成标准煤超过1000t。1984年根据资料介绍,走访了生产厂家和施工单位,参照有关数据,采用喷涂聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料保温层的办法,解决了5000t重油贮罐的保温问题。每年可节约供热标准煤80%以上,取得了比较满意的效果。使用至今已5年多,保温层技术状态良好。一、保温层设计 1.罐体现状和设计要求重油贮罐为圆筒形钢板结构,罐体根部直径22.88m,无支撑顶帽直径22.80m,高度11.71 m。罐壁钢板厚度为4~10mm,平均厚度为6mm(图1)。设计要求在罐体立壁外表面喷涂聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料保温
The two 5000t heavy oil storage tanks built by our factory in 1974 were converted to more than 1000 tons of standard coal annually due to thermal losses caused by thermal insulation. In 1984, based on information, the manufacturer and the construction unit were visited. Referring to the relevant data, the method of spraying polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer was adopted to solve the problem of insulation of the 5000t heavy oil tank. Each year, more than 80% of standard coal can be saved and satisfactory results are achieved. It has been used for more than 5 years and the insulation technology is in good condition. 1. Design of insulation layer 1. Current status and design requirements of tanks The heavy oil storage tank is a cylindrical steel plate structure with a diameter of 22.88m at the root of the tank, and a diameter of 22.80m and a height of 11.71m. The wall thickness of the tank wall is 4 to 10 mm and the average thickness is 6 mm (Fig. 1). The design requires spraying polyurethane rigid foam insulation on the outer surface of the can body wall
