目的探讨胎儿颜面部超声显示方法与声像表现,提高产前超声对胎儿颜面部畸形的认识。方法采用立体空间扫查法,对3517例胎儿每例颜面部均进行横切面、矢状切面及冠状切面超声平扫及斜扫。结果产前超声共检出胎儿颜面部畸形26例共27处,总检出率为79.41%,胎儿颜面部畸形产前超声诊断的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为83.87%、99.88%、86.67%和99.86%。结论熟悉正常胎儿颜面部的各种切面超声声像图并行多切面立体扫查,能提高胎儿颜面部畸形的检出率。
Objective To investigate the method of sonographic display of fetus facial and sonography and to improve the understanding of fetal facial deformity by prenatal ultrasound. Methods Three-dimensional space scanning was performed on 3517 fetuses. The transverse section, the sagittal section and the coronal section were scanned by ultrasound and oblique scan respectively. Results A total of 27 cases of fetal facial abnormalities were detected in prenatal ultrasound with a total detection rate of 79.41%. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of prenatal ultrasound in fetal facial abnormalities were 83.87 %, 99.88%, 86.67% and 99.86%. Conclusions Familiar with the normal fetal face facial sections of various sections of ultrasound scan parallel multi-slice three-dimensional scanning, can improve the detection rate of fetal facial abnormalities.
