目的:探讨大黄、赤芍对90%肝叶切除后肝衰竭大鼠肝再生指标肝功能的影响。方法:SPF级Wistar大鼠300只随机分为6组:假手术组、模型组、大黄注射液组、赤芍注射液组、大黄与赤芍联合组、促肝细胞生长素组。采用90%肝叶切除术构建大鼠肝衰竭肝再生模型,采用自动生化仪检测血清AST、ALT、TBiL含量,并观察大鼠术后96h内存活率。结果:大黄、赤芍可以改善大鼠术后肝功能,提高术后大鼠存活率。结论:大黄、赤芍具有促进肝细胞再生作用,其机理可能与改善大鼠肝功能水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the effects of rhubarb and Paeoniae Radix Paeoniae Rubra on the liver function of liver regeneration rats after 90% hepatectomy. Methods: 300 SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: sham-operation group, model group, rhubarb injection group, TPG injection group, rhubarb and TPG group, and hepatocyte growth factor group. The model of hepatic regeneration in rats with liver failure was established by 90% hepatectomy. The levels of AST, ALT and TBiL in serum were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. The survival rate of 96 h after operation was observed. Results: rhubarb, red peony root can improve postoperative liver function and improve postoperative survival rate in rats. Conclusion: Rhubarb and Radix Paeoniae Rubra can promote hepatocyte regeneration, and its mechanism may be related to the improvement of rat liver function.
