“七五”期间在国内红松自然分布区内3个亚区、9个产地选择优树采种营造子测定林。对108株优树子代12年生高生长测定分析表明,北亚区带岭优树子代表现最好,从9个产地中选择带岭一个产地的优树入选率为0.11, 遗传增益达20.7%。在此基础上进行产地内家系选择,由经过改良的繁殖材料采用新法高接建立的改良代种子园遗传增益可达28.1%,提前成园5~10a。
During the “Seventh Five-year Plan” period, three sub-regions within the natural distribution area of Korean pine and 9 producing areas were selected for seed-metering to create sub-test forests. The analysis of 12-year-old height growth of 108 elite progenies showed that the best stands were in the North Asia, the optimal tree selection rate was 0.11, the genetic gain was 20.7 %. On this basis, the selection of pedigree in the place of origin, the genetic gain of improved seed orchard established by the improved method of propagation material adopting the new method of accession up to 28.1%, 5 ~ 10a ahead of schedule.
