为了研究履带车辆稳态转向性能,运用履带与土壤之间的剪切应力和剪切位移关系推导了稳态转向模型,建立了动力学方程组并进行了求解。通过分析履带张力对接地压力分布形式的影响,研究了履带张力作用对稳态转向性能的影响,并进行了实车试验验证。结果表明:考虑履带张力作用的模型计算结果与试验数据有很好的一致性,证实了所建立转向模型的科学性,为履带车辆稳态转向性能研究提供了新的理论依据。
In order to study the steady steering performance of tracked vehicles, the steady steering model was derived by using the relationship between shear stress and shear displacement of tracked soil. The dynamic equations were established and solved. By analyzing the influence of crawler tension on the contact pressure distribution, the influence of crawler tension on steady steering performance was studied and the actual vehicle test was carried out. The results show that the calculation results of the model considering track tension are in good agreement with the experimental data, and the scientificity of the steering model is verified. This provides a new theoretical basis for the study of the steady steering performance of tracked vehicles.
