通过节能温室利用稳定性同位素15~N示踪方法,对氮素化肥(硫铵)不同施用量与芹菜对其氮素利用率的关系和氮素化肥(硫铵)不同施用量对芹菜产量的影响进行了探讨。结果表明:氮素化肥施用量与氮素利用率呈直线负相关关系,与芹菜产量呈二次曲线关系。都达到极显著水平。在该试验条件和土壤肥力情况下,所得出的氮素肥料效应方程模拟的硫铵最佳施用量约为85kg/亩,取得芹菜最高产量。为实际生产确定氮素化肥的施用量,提供参考依据。
