目的 研究肝细胞生长因子受体C Met,基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)及其组织抑制因子 1(TIMP 1)在胃癌中的表达情况 ,探讨三者的表达与胃癌侵袭转移间的关系及三者间的联系。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测 4 0例胃癌标本中C Met,MMP 9,TIMP 1的表达 ,并进行回顾性随访。结果 伴有淋巴结转移或肝转移的胃癌C Met的阳性表达 ( 5 7.89% ,5 4 .5 5 % )明显高于无转移者 ( 2 7.2 7% ,2 6 .32 %P <0 .0 1)。侵及肌层以上者MMP 9的阳性表达( 6 6 .6 7% )明显高于肿瘤局限于黏膜、黏膜下者 ( 2 0 %P <0 .0 1)。MMP 9阳性表达与胃癌的淋巴转移、肝转移有相关性 (P <0 .0 1)。TIMP 1的表达随胃癌浸润深度增加而减少 ,当肿瘤突破浆膜时TIMP 1的表达呈现陡降趋势 (P <0 .0 1)。MMP 9表达与C Met表达呈明显正相关 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 C Met和MMP 9的过阳性表达可能与胃癌转移行为有关。TIMP 1可能抑制胃癌的浸润转移
Objective To investigate the expression of hepatocellular growth factor receptor C Met, matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP 9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP 1) in gastric cancer, and to explore the relationship between the expression of these three and the invasion and metastasis The connection between. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of C Met, MMP 9 and TIMP-1 in 40 gastric cancer specimens and retrospectively followed up. Results The positive expression of C Met (5 7.89%, 54.55%) in patients with lymph node metastasis or liver metastasis was significantly higher than those without metastasis (7.27%, 26.32% P <0.01 ). The positive expression of MMP-9 (66.67%) was higher in invasive and muscular layers than in the mucosa and mucosa (20%, P <0.01). The positive expression of MMP 9 was correlated with lymphatic metastasis and liver metastasis (P <0.01). The expression of TIMP-1 decreased with the depth of gastric cancer invasion, and the expression of TIMP-1 decreased sharply when the tumor broke through the serosa (P <0.01). MMP 9 expression was positively correlated with C Met expression (P <0.05). Conclusion The positive expression of C Met and MMP 9 may be related to the metastasis of gastric cancer. TIMP 1 may inhibit the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer
