厦门大学海洋系《人工促进赤点石斑鱼性转变》课题组承担国家自然科学基金科研任务,于1992年3—6月在厦门火烧屿海水网箱进行试验,采用2—4龄鱼,以2龄鱼为主,经过50天投喂药饵46次,雄性化转变率为93.5％,挤压鱼腹能流出精液,人工促进性转变效果显著。雄性化的精子寿命90分钟,精子活力94.6％。试验鱼的精液与成熟
