“贷款修路、收费还贷”政策已经执行了30年,这一政策出台极大地改善了各地道路交通条件,带动沿线群众致富,促进经济社会发展。然后,收费公路也承受着不公正待遇:收费高、收费期长,制约当地在招商引资等,指责之声不绝于耳。《2013年全国收费公路统计公报》公布后,引发新一轮对收费公路炒作。本文通过收费公路取得的成就、媒体关心的收入、收费标准、收费期限、偿还贷款以及交通部门与媒体应有的互动等问题的分析,提出建议,期待对收费公路健康发展有所裨益。
“Loans road construction, repayment of fees ” policy has been implemented for 30 years, the introduction of this policy has greatly improved road traffic conditions around, promote wealthy people along the line, and promote economic and social development. Then, toll roads are also subjected to unfair treatment: high fees, long charges, restricting the local investment, etc., blame the voices. After the publication of the “2013 National Toll Highway Statistics Bulletin”, it triggered a new round of speculation on toll highways. Based on the analysis of the achievements made by the toll highways, the media concerned about the revenue, the charging standards, the charging period, the loan repayments and the due interactions between the transportation departments and the media, this article is expected to provide some benefits to the healthy development of the toll highways.
