〔目的〕研究连续消毒中大肠杆菌O157:H7对洗必泰和季铵盐抵抗力的变化以及抵抗力与质粒的关系。〔方法〕洗必泰和季铵盐连续消毒 6株大肠杆菌O157:H75 0代 ,对比消毒前后试验菌对消毒剂的抵抗力 ,消除原始菌和连续消毒后试验菌的质粒。〔结果〕结果表明 ,连续消毒 5 0代后 ,试验菌对季铵盐的抵抗力增加 ;对洗必泰的抵抗力不变。消除原始菌的小质粒后 ,细菌对两种消毒剂的抵抗力不变 ;消除原始菌的所有质粒后 ,试验菌对洗必泰的抵抗力不变 ,对季铵盐的抵抗力降低 ;消除连续消毒后试验菌的质粒后 ,试验菌 ( 5 0代连续消毒后 )季铵盐的抵抗力降低 ,对洗必泰的抵抗力不变。〔结论〕试验结果提示 ,连续消毒会使试验菌对季铵盐的抵抗力增加 ,对季铵盐抵抗力增加的原因可能与质粒pO157相关。而细菌对洗必泰的抵抗力则与试验菌的质粒无关。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the changes of resistance of chlorhexidine and quaternary ammonium salts of Escherichia coli O157: H7 in continuous disinfection and the relationship between the resistance and plasmids. [Method] Chlorhexidine and quaternary ammonium salt were used to sterilize 6 Escherichia coli O157: H75 0 strains continuously, comparing the resistance of the test bacteria to the disinfectant before and after disinfection, and eliminating the original bacteria and the plasmids of the test bacteria after continuous disinfection. [Results] The results showed that, after continuous disinfection of 50 generations, the test bacteria increased resistance to quaternary ammonium salt; chlorhexidine resistance unchanged. Elimination of small plasmids of the original bacteria, the bacteria of the two disinfectants resistance unchanged; eliminate all plasmids of the original bacteria, the test bacteria on chlorhexidine resistance unchanged, quaternary ammonium salt resistance decreased; elimination After continuous disinfection of the test bacteria plasmid, the test bacteria (50 consecutive generations after disinfection) quaternary ammonium resistance decreased, the resistance of chlorhexidine unchanged. [Conclusion] The test results suggest that continuous disinfection will increase the resistance of test bacteria to quaternary ammonium salt, and the reason for the increase of quaternary ammonium salt resistance may be related to plasmid pO157. The bacterial resistance to chlorhexidine bacteria and test bacteria has nothing to do with the plasmid.
