为满足日益收紧的排放法规要求,柴油机管理系统正变得越来越复杂,不仅尺寸越来越大,而且其价格也日趋昂贵。研究的目的是在将柴油机优势最大化的前提下,开发一种简单且价格低廉的发动机管理系统。为此,提出了结合“动力”与“智能”的开发理念。“动力”意味着可以提供250~300 MPa极高喷油压力的喷油系统;而“智能”意为领先的的闭环控制系统,这一系统可以利用集成在喷油器内部的压力传感器获得压力信号,自动修正喷油特性,即智能精准修正技术。这一技术将为柴油机创造出空前的附加价值。
To meet the increasingly tightened emissions regulations, the diesel management system is becoming more complex, not only in size but also in increasingly expensive prices. The purpose of the study is to develop a simple and inexpensive engine management system that maximizes the advantages of a diesel engine. To this end, proposed a combination of “power” and “smart” development concept. “Power ” means an injection system that can provide very high fuel injection pressures of 250-300 MPa; and “smart” means a leading closed-loop control system that utilizes the integrated fuel injection system Pressure sensor to obtain pressure signals, automatic correction of fuel injection characteristics, that is, smart precision correction technology. This technology will create an unprecedented value-added diesel engine.
