[目的]观察新生儿免疫接种乙肝疫苗(酿酒酵母)5μg后抗体阳转率及无应答者采用乙肝疫苗(汉逊酵母)10μg加强免疫的效果。[方法]对1 347名新生儿按0、1、6程序接种乙肝疫苗(酿酒酵母)5μg后,于末针接种后1个月至7年后采血用ELISA法检测抗体,其中部分无应答者以乙肝疫苗(汉逊酵母)10μg加强免疫。再于末针接种后1月采血检测抗体。[结果]乙肝疫苗(酿酒酵母)5μg免疫接种抗体阳转率为78.7%,无应答者以乙肝疫苗(汉逊酵母)10μg加强免疫,抗体阳转率为96.7%。[结论]国产乙肝疫苗(汉逊酵母)10μg对无应答者加强免疫效果好。
[Objective] To observe the positive rate of antibody positive immunization of 5μg hepatitis B vaccine (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) in neonates and the effect of 10μg hepatitis B vaccine (Hansenula polymorpha) in non-responders. [Method] A total of 1 347 newborns were vaccinated with 5μg hepatitis B vaccine (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) according to the 0,1,6 procedures.
