本试验选择100 g 左右的鲤鱼种405 尾,随机平均分成9 组。1 组为对照组( 基础日粮) ;2 组为基础日粮+ 3 ×106 黄霉素+ 30 ×10 - 6 喹乙醇;3 、4 组在基础日粮中分别添加30 ×106 的喹乙醇和30 ×106 金霉素;5 、6 、7 、8 、9 组在基础日粮中分别添加1 、2 、3 、4 、5 ×106 黄霉素。进行了60 d 的试验研究结果表明:黄霉素显著的促进了鲤鱼生长和提高了饵料利用率(P< 0-05) ;在鲤鱼饲料中添加黄霉素对鲤鱼的耐运输能力没有负面影响;黄霉素在鲤鱼生长前期饲料中的最适用量为3 ×106 ;黄霉素与喹乙醇组合效应在鲤鱼早期不明显。黄霉素可以作为一种有效、安全的添加剂在鲤鱼饲料中推广使用。
In this experiment, 405 carp species of about 100 g were selected and randomly divided into 9 groups. 1 group as the control group (basal diet); 2 groups basal diet + 3 × 106 flavanomycin + 30 × 10 - 6 olaquindox; 3 and 4 groups were added 30 × 10 6 of olaquindox and 30 × 10 6 chlortetracycline; 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 were added to the basal diet 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 × 10 6 flavomycin. The results of 60 days experiment showed that: Flavomycin significantly promoted carp growth and improved feed utilization (P <0-05); addition of flavomycin to carp feed had no negative effect on transport resistance of common carp ; The optimum dosage of flavomycin in the feed of carp was 3 × 106; the combination effect of flavomycin and olaquindox was not obvious in early stage of carp. Flavomycin can be used as an effective and safe additive in carp feed.
