为了更好地发挥社会主义经济制度的多劳多得的优越性,充分调动员工的首创性和工作的主观能动性、积极性,企事业单位参照岗位职责与完成情况,对员工进行绩效考评,不断创新现代人力资源考核管理的方式方法。对企事业实现可持续发展提供了有力保证。本文通过对不同企事业单位绩效考核工作实践的调查与思考,对单位实施绩效考核中如何提升员工的满意度进行了研究分析,对正在创新的绩效考核机制的完善,有较大的帮助。
