一、前言 我所研制的30NcDl6高强度、高韧性结构钢可作为航天结构材料使用,与通常的Ni—Cr—Mo系统或Ni—Cr—Mo—V系统合金相类似,同时还可用作燃气轮机材料。这类钢经过不同的热处理可获得索氏体或贝氏体、马氏体组织,具有强度和韧性良好的配合。 30NcD16合金经淬火后高温回火调质处理其性能可达到:σ_b110~125kg/mm~2,σ_s>90kg/mm~2,δ_5≥10%,ψ≥45%、a_k≥12
I. INTRODUCTION The 30NcDl6 high strength and toughness structural steel developed by our institute can be used as a aerospace structural material and is similar to the conventional Ni-Cr-Mo system or Ni-Cr-Mo-V system alloy and can also be used as a gas turbine material.
