梧柳路面项目沥青拌和站实施煤制气技术的应用,引进设备将煤粉转化成可燃的CO和H2,并点燃对沥青骨料即热,以此替代传统的重油加热方式。本文以梧柳路面E标项目部沥青拌和站为例,从煤制气设备的工作原理、节能减排效果、经济对比分析等方面,探讨该技术的先进性和可行性。为进一步推广应用做一些实用技术上的探讨。
The application of coal gasification technology to the asphalt mixing station in WuLiu pavement project introduced the equipment to convert the coal powder into flammable CO and H2 and ignited the asphalt aggregate that is the heat to replace the traditional heavy oil heating method. In this paper, we take the asphalt mixing station of the E-project section of WuLiu Pavement as an example to discuss the advanced and feasibility of this technology from the working principle of coal gas equipment, the effect of energy saving and emission reduction, economic comparative analysis. To further promote the use of some practical technical discussions.
