目的 :对患者进行药学监护 ,实现个体化给药。方法 :依据患者血药浓度监测结果和用药信息 ,在Windows98操作平台上 ,运用Access2000建立患者药历。结果 :建立Access无纸化药历 ,数据处理方便 ,存储信息量大 ,查询快捷。结论 :Access数据库在临床药学中的应用值得推广和深入研究。 Purpose : To carry out pharmaceutical care for patients to achieve individualized administration. Methods: According to the monitoring results and drug information of the patient’s blood drug concentration, the patient’s medical history was established using Access2000 on the Windows98 operating platform. Results: The establishment of Access paperless medicine calendar, convenient data processing, large amount of information stored, and quick query. Conclusion: The application of Access database in clinical pharmacy is worthy of promotion and in-depth study.
