用SRAP分子标记对国内外43份甘蓝型油菜材料进行遗传多样性分析,筛选出44对多态性好的SRAP标记。44对多态性好的引物共检测到312个等位变异位点,其中多态性位点164个,多态性比率为52.5%,每对引物约2~8个多态性位点,平均每对引物为3.8个多态性位点。多态性信息含量0.374~0.856,平均为0.699。遗传相似系数在0.55~0.89,参试材料差异较大。以0.63为阈值将43份参试材料划3大类群,3大类群间相对独立又有一定程度的渗透,说明材料之间存在不同程度的亲缘关系。
SRAP markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 43 domestic and oversea Brassica napus cultivars, and 44 pairs of SRAP markers were screened for their polymorphism. Of the 44 polymorphic primers, 312 allelic variants were detected, of which 164 were polymorphic, with a polymorphism ratio of 52.5% and about 2 to 8 polymorphic loci per primer pair. An average of 3.8 polymorphic loci per pair of primers. Polymorphism information content 0.374 ~ 0.856, with an average of 0.699. The genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0.55 to 0.89, with significant differences in the tested materials. With 0.63 as the threshold, 43 test materials were divided into three groups. The three groups were relatively independent and had a certain degree of infiltration, indicating that the materials have different degrees of genetic relationship.
